What you can list

• Airguns — new or used, any power source.
• Airgun accessories — scopes, mounts, pumps, tanks, cases, targets, and parts.
• Airgun services — tuning, repairs, reseals, cerakote, instruction, and similar work.

What is not allowed

• Firearms of any kind, and firearm parts — including frames, receivers, barrels, and magazines made for firearms.
• Firearm suppressors or silencers. Airgun moderators and shrouds are allowed only if they are airgun-specific and cannot be adapted to a firearm.
• Ammunition for firearms.
• Anything that is illegal to sell, buy, or own where you or the buyer live.
• Stolen items, or items you do not have the right to sell.
• Counterfeit items presented as genuine.

The seller agreement

Every seller agrees to the following before posting a listing:

• I will only list items and services that are legal to sell, and nothing on the prohibited list.
• I will not list firearms or firearm parts. Any airgun moderator or shroud I list is airgun-specific and cannot be adapted to a firearm.
• I am responsible for following all federal, state, and local laws that apply to my sale, including age limits and shipping restrictions.
• My descriptions will be honest, and my photos will show the actual item I am selling.
• Alamo Airguns is not a party to my sales, does not inspect or verify items or members, and is not responsible for any transaction.
• Alamo Airguns may remove my listings or suspend my Trading Post access at its discretion.

Staying safe as a buyer

• Meet in a public place, in daylight, and bring someone with you.
• Inspect the item in person before you pay whenever you can.
• Never pay a stranger with gift cards or wire transfers.
• Be wary of prices that seem too good to be true, or sellers who pressure you to hurry.
• Check your state and city airgun laws before you buy, ship, or carry an airgun.
